Bauer's Obstler Brandy

Bauer's Obstler is a unique Apple and Pear Brandy that is naturally distilled in Salzburg using real fruit from the Alpine Mountains. Unlike other brandies, which typically focus on either apple or pear, Bauer's Obstler is made from a fermented mash of both fruits. Due to its lack of aging, the spirit is classified as an Eau-de-vie according to Bauer's classification system. The scent of this Obstler is reminiscent of ripe fruit with floral undertones, and it has a medium finish. This Obstler recipe has been passed down through four generations of winemaking and distillation in the Bauer family, and the company has remained true to its roots for nearly two centuries.
