BIRDS, an acclaimed craft spirit, is produced using a one-of-a-kind combination of premium Riesling and twelve unique ingredients sourced from different parts of the world. Following the theme of "The culinary journey of discovery," BIRDS merges the essence of German wine with exotic flavors. With a diverse flavor profile, BIRDS (42.2% vol.) is both robust and velvety on the palate, displaying refreshing citrus notes along with delightful hints of nutmeg, cocoa, and cloves. A touch of African jungle pepper adds an additional kick. Unlike traditional gin, the makers of BIRDS deliberately exclude the aroma of juniper, opting instead for the exclusive Riesling base, which contributes a fruity grape-like element.
