The Fassbind Eaux de Vie Raspberry Spirit is produced in Switzerland using carefully selected Swiss raspberries. The fruit undergoes a six-week maceration process before being distilled and aged for approximately four months in specific containers in the cool cellars of the Fassbind distillery. This particular raspberry spirit is known for its delightful fruity taste, which offers a powerful aroma and smooth texture. It is sold in a 700 ml bottle with an alcohol content of 41% vol. The spirit is crystal clear in color and has a strong and crisp aroma, dominated by the fragrance of fresh, ripe raspberries, complemented by a hint of honey sweetness and fresh leaves.
