Fassbind Pfl�mli Eau-de-Vie

In 1395, the earliest ancestors of the Fassbind family started crossbreeding cherry trees and producing cherry brandy. However, the official Fassbind distillery in Schwyz was only established in 1846. Just a decade later, the distillery received a prestigious gold medal from Napoleon III at the World Exhibition in Paris, which was a significant accomplishment at that time. The Pfl�mli Obstbrand is created using fully ripe L�hrplums sourced from central Switzerland. Following distillation through the countercurrent process, it is then aged in the cellar for approximately twelve months. With its bold and fruity flavor, this Eaux de Vie undeniably evokes the taste of plum compote.
