The Fidelitas brand, produced by Kammer-Kirsch in the Black Forest, is renowned for its Williams Pear Brandy. Established in 1923, the distillery has been operating as a GmbH since 1961 and has its headquarters in Oppenau, with a branch in Karlsruhe. The company prides itself on producing waters and spirits of exceptional purity and sophistication. By carefully distilling fully ripe fruits and high-quality brandies, they create a unique bouquet through a gentle double distillation process. The resulting liquid is then matured in glazed clay jugs, ash, and oak barrels in temperature-controlled cellars, ensuring a high-quality end product. Their fruit brandy selection includes the world-famous Black Forest Cherry Brandy, as well as raspberry spirit, plum brandy, mirabelle and topinambur fruit brandies, Obstler, and Williams Christ Pear Brandy. The latter, made exclusively from the aromatic Williams Christ Pear, is particularly loved by aficionados of fruit brandies.
