Gansloser Wildkirschbrand

The Gansloser Wild Cherry Brandy comes in a 0.35 L bottle and has an alcohol content of 40% by volume. This brandy is made from fruits sourced from Southern Germany. The fermentation process takes place in a stainless steel tank for 14 to 20 days, followed by distillation. The brandy is then brought to a higher alcohol volume of 54% and aged. Afterwards, it is diluted to a drinking strength using Auendorfer spring water. The Wild Cherry Brandy has a noticeable and delicately fruity flavor of wild cherries.
