Humbel Bio Pfl�mli

For three generations, the Humbel Distillery in Switzerland has been producing a variety of fruit spirits and liqueurs. Among their offerings are plum and prune brandies, including the Organic Pfl�mli, which has received recognition from the agricultural organization Bio Suisse. This certification ensures that the plums used are grown organically, without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. In Switzerland, the term Pfl�mli refers to any fruit brandy made from plums or prunes, and it is the second most popular stone fruit brandy after cherry. The aroma of the Pfl�mli includes hints of marzipan, bitter almond, plum compote, and ripe fruits, while its taste is described as full-bodied with sweet stone fruit flavors, ending with a nutty finish.
