Humbel Nr. 02 Basler Langstieler Kirschbrand

The Humbel Speciality Distillery, based in Switzerland, manufactures the Humbel No.02 Basler Langstieler Kirschbrand, which is created to the taste preferences of Lorenz Humbel. The Kirschbrand is produced using locally sourced cherries that are fully ripened by the sun and obtained from nearby fruit farmers. The cherries undergo a meticulous process of crushing and distillation by highly skilled distillers. Once distilled, this excellent spirit is blended with crystal-clear water to achieve a drinkable strength of 43% ABV. The distillery then packages it in a minimalist 500ml bottle. This exceptional spirit has already been awarded a gold medal at the Distiswiss competition. When it comes to aroma, it boasts notes of berries, pineapple, and bitter almonds. On the palate, it delivers a delightful combination of spicy-peppery flavors, subtle sweetness, and hints of bitter almond.
