Probably Shouldn't Apple Brandy

In the 8th century, Charlemagne made mention of apples being used in alcoholic beverages, while in 1553, Gilles Picot from France began distilling apples. Apple Brandy has been commercially available in the US since before the Declaration of Independence. Hand crafted and produced in small batches, Apple Brandy represents the pinnacle of this longstanding tradition. With Washington State being responsible for nearly two-thirds of apple production in the US, we have access to the finest quality apples to use in our brandy. Our Single Cask Apple Brandy is a smooth spirit with undertones of vanilla and fruit, followed by a subtle oak finish. Its color is a golden hue, and it offers a sweet aroma of rich glazes and vanilla. Upon tasting, one can expect flavors of spice, wood, and vanilla to blend together, leading to a savory fruit finish.
