R. Jel�nek Navip Slivovitz Brandy

Navip Slivovitz, a brandy from Serbia, is made from the well-known Pozegaca plum variety, which is highly regarded for its rich flavor and strong aroma. The brandy is aged in old oak barrels, resulting in a yellow-gold color and a smooth, rounded taste with a distinct aroma. Compared to Maraksa, it is more robust in body and flavor, and considerably sweeter. However, there is a slight concern that the plums used may have been overly ripe when fermented. Nevertheless, its sweet profile makes it a desirable option.
