R. Jel�nek Pear Williams Brandy

Our master distiller obtains a special variety of Pear Williams fruit from three continents, depending on the season. The production methods used have been passed down over four generations, resulting in a product that has a delightful aroma and taste. This has earned us a loyal customer base worldwide over many years. Jelinek, a renowned brand known for its slivovitz and other liqueurs, decided to create a Czech version of a pear brandy. To achieve this, they carefully selected high-quality William's pears from three different continents. The distillate is produced following strict kosher guidelines and is slightly aged before being bottled. The flavor of the pear is concentrated and refreshing. On the palate, one can distinctly taste the earthy peel and the ripe, slightly floral fruit. Additionally, there are subtle notes of vanilla, caramel, and a hint of sweet spices.
