R. Jel�nek Silver Slivovitz Plum Brandy

Silver Plum Brandy is a transparent spirit that has a pleasant scent resembling the seeds of sweet fruits and a subtle, fruity flavor that subtly reminds one of almonds, due to the inclusion of seeds during the fermentation process. To create this drink, only the finest hand-selected domestic plum varieties are utilized. The distillation process involves three stages and the resulting distillate does not undergo aging, but instead is permitted to rest prior to being bottled, which allows for the perfect combination of flavors. Silver Slivovitz, which is certified kosher for Passover, is produced using the highest quality fully matured plums and exhibits a smooth taste with a slight hint of almond.
