Scheibel Alte Zeit Wild Himbeerbrand

The Scheibel Alte Zeit Wild Raspberry Brand is a unique fruit brandy that is made using traditional methods. It is distilled in small copper stills over a wood fire, giving it a distinct flavor. The wild raspberries used in this brandy are harvested by hand in the Carpathian highlands, making the process time-consuming but ensuring high-quality fruit. These raspberries are smaller in size but more aromatic, making them perfect for distillation. When opened, the bottle releases a strong raspberry scent, and the brandy itself is filled into a meticulously crafted 700ml bottle with 41% alcohol content. The distillation process allows the raspberries to develop a soft variety of aromas, resulting in a bouquet of ripe raspberries and vanilla. When tasted, the brandy showcases the raspberry flavors in a well-integrated manner. The Scheibel distillery, founded by Emil Scheibel in 1921, is known for its dedication to creating high-quality fruit brandies and spirits. The distillery is located in the Black Forest and embraces a philosophy of craftsmanship and perfection. The Alte Zeit edition of fruit brandies is produced in small batches with manual work and a slow distillation process. The Alte Zeit stills are a trademark of the Scheibel distillery, rebuilt according to old plans. Overall, the Scheibel Alte Zeit Wild Raspberry Brand is an excellent fruit brandy with intense flavor notes, exemplifying the innovative and meticulous approach of the distillery.
