This particular brandy, known as Silvovitz in Europe, undergoes a process of being aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the delicate and refreshing fruit essence of our locally grown blue plums. It is produced solely from 100% homegrown heirloom blue plums. On the nose, it boasts a fresh and subtle fruit flavor of the same blue plum variety. When tasted, it offers a smooth, fresh, and subtle fruit flavor of the homegrown heirloom blue plum.
