

Stone Barn Pear Brandy
Stone Barn Brandyworks is a distillery in Southeast Portland that specializes in craft spirits that embody the spirit of the Northwest region. We prioritize our people, ingredients, and products as a small-scale operation. Whenever possible, we use local and organic ingredients in our fermentation and distillation process. Our journey began in 2009, creating fruit brandy and liqueurs inspired by European traditions. Our dedication to sourcing the best Northwest fruits has become a passion. We have since expanded to include a single barrel whiskey program that pays the same attention to detail and quality when it comes to selecting the grain and oak. Each season is marked by the fruits we use, starting with rhubarb and Rainier cherries in spring, followed by Hood strawberries, apricots, and haskap berries in summer. Fall brings apples, quince, and pears, which add a soft and sweet flavor profile to our spirits, reminiscent of caramel and carefree summer days at country fairs.
