Takovo Kajsija Apricot Brandy
Apricot Rakija, made from the ripest apricots of the season, undergoes a two-step distillation process in traditional copper stills to preserve the pure and sweet essence of the fruit. This brandy exhibits a fruity flavor, is colorless, and has an optimal density. Its aroma is pleasantly reminiscent of fresh apricots, and it possesses the characteristic strength of high-quality Serbian brandy. The fermentation process involves crushing only ripe apricots without the inclusion of their kernels, and utmost care is taken during distillation to maintain its authentic fruity fragrance.
