Takovo Sljivovica Plum Brandy

In Serbia, slivovitz is consumed as an appetizer before a meal. It is made by distilling ripe plums from the Central Serbia region. The plums are chosen, crushed, and left to ferment. Distillation helps maintain the fruity elements of slivovitz. The plums are meticulously picked, pressed, and then distilled to ensure the highest quality. Fermentation is carefully controlled to preserve the aroma and flavor of the fruit in the schnapps. It possesses a distinct taste, potent and subtly resembling plums, but not sweet.
