U�i?anka Plum Brandy

Uzicanka is made using traditional methods that have been passed down through the centuries for growing and producing plums. The brandy is created using only hand-selected organic plums from the Zlatibor region in Serbia. Similar to Italian Grappa or Rakia from the Balkans, this Serbian Brandy is crafted entirely from plums. It is distilled in small batches on the Bogdanovic estate and then aged in oak casks, resulting in a carefully finished product. The finest slivovitz, a type of plum brandy, is made from the Pozegaca plum, which is known for its juicy, thick, and aromatic qualities. This traditional Serbian slivovitz is created through a double distillation process from fermented plum macerate. The brandy offers a harmonious blend of fruit aromas, including plum, as well as mild oak and vanilla flavors, which give it a balanced strength and gentle elegance. With its distinctive character, this noble brandy deserves recognition as one of the best in its category.
