The Walcher traditional distillery offers a unique product, a bottle of William's pear brandy. It is notable for its strong aroma of the William's pear, a subtly mild flavor, and a lingering aftertaste. We suggest enjoying it straight, in a tulip-shaped glass specifically designed for fruit brandy, at a temperature of 8�C. You might wonder how the pear is encapsulated within the bottle. Initially, when the pear is still tiny, the bottle is placed over it and attached to a branch, hanging upside down. Over a period of approximately 4 months, the pear grows inside the bottle until it reaches maturity, at which point both the pear and the bottle can be harvested.
