Watershed Apple Brandy

Watershed Apple Brandy is produced in Ohio using locally grown apples that are pressed, fermented, and distilled, paying homage to the long-standing traditions of the Midwest. In the past, Apple Brandy was a widely consumed spirit in the United States, and Watershed Distillery takes pride in reviving this tradition in Ohio and supporting local farmers in the process. We hope you appreciate our efforts. After the distillation process, Watershed Apple Brandy is aged for two years in medium-char barrels, resulting in a light amber color. It has a pleasing scent of red apple with a subtle freshness reminiscent of slightly dry apple peel. On the palate, you will discover flavors of apple, cinnamon, spice, and delicate oak notes.
