Ziegler Williams Birnen Brand

The Ziegler Williams brandy is made with the finest Williams-Christ pears that are grown in the highlands of Valais, Vinschgau, and Styria. These pears undergo significant temperature fluctuations during ripening, which enhances their quality and spicy aromas. The brandy is described as voluminous and very fruity with rich aromas. It has a deep, smooth spice that is harmonious on the palate. The brandy is bottled at 43% volume in a 500 ml bottle. The sensory experience includes an expressive fruit note, sweet and aromatic taste, and a fully ripe pear flavor. The brandy is made from 14 kg of high-quality pears per bottle. It is recommended to enjoy the Ziegler Williams brandy at 18�C and is best served as a digestif or for a cozy evening by the fireplace.
