Our company ages premium, high-quality spirits for five years. During the last nine months of maturation, our Williams pear brandy is stored in an ashwood barrel. This aging process in the wooden barrel adds an extra exchange of oxygen and a subtle aroma to the brandy. The brandy also takes on a slightly yellowish color with a hint of wood, which visually enhances its appeal and is very popular among our customers. It is characterized by a strong yet mild Williams pear scent, complemented by a touch of noble wood. This brandy offers a unique taste experience for connoisseurs. The Williams pears are cultivated in the mild climate of Sasbachwalden and distilled by local farmers in their small home distilleries, following a tradition that dates back to the 18th century. During the long maturation process, the spirits are carefully refined and nurtured, resulting in Black Forest specialties that we take great pride in.
