This fine brandy is primarily crafted from the renowned Bühler Zwetschgen, the predominant local variety. After the distillation process, we allow specially chosen high-quality ingredients to mature for a period of three years. This lengthy aging period results in the subtle aroma of almonds. The brandy possesses a particularly robust flavor due to the utilization of fully ripened Bühler Zwetschgen. It is perfect as a digestif and can also be incorporated into plum jam. The fruits flourish in the gentle climate of the neighboring Sasbachwalden region. In accordance with a longstanding tradition, our local farmers distill these fruits in their small home distilleries. The oldest rights to distilling can be traced back to the 18th century. Throughout the years of maturation, these spirits are refined and meticulously nurtured to attain the highest level of quality - these are Black Forest specialties that fill us with pride.
