Oom Bennie, also known as the Brandy-master, carefully and passionately distilled this exceptional quality 10-year-old Brandy. Using an old Copper potstill from Oude Molen in Stellenbosch, the Brandy was double distilled. It was then aged in selected 225 litre French oak barrels for a decade at Blaauwklippen's wine estate in Stellenbosch. The spirit used in the distillation process comes from Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chenin Blanc wines. This Brandy is complex and rare, enticing with hints of vanilla and spicy cloves, and offering luxurious fruit flavors on the palate.
