Campo de Encanto 'Acholado' Pisco is a blend of various small batches made from different grape varietals - Quebranta, Torontel, Moscatel, and Italia. It goes through one distillation process and is then aged for a year to enhance its texture, aroma, and spice notes. This pisco is produced according to strict standards set by the Comisión Nacional del Pisco of Perú and does not contain preservatives, sugar, or water. The result is a pure and authentic spirit. In terms of taste, it is complex and layered, with flavors of dark berries, salt, minerals, cinnamon, barberry, red sumac, and a finish reminiscent of highland tequila or alkaline tomatoes.
