Blend of five crus, each from Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Bon Bois, Fin Bois and the famous Borderies, are blended in eight consecutive steps to create Family Legacy. It has smooth and intricate scents of tangerine, violet, and oak, which fade into labdanum, a Mediterranean flower. The taste is opulent and generous, with suggestions of creme brulee that develop into a long and intricate blend of dried fruit notes. It ends with a lingering and well-balanced finish.
