Hand-picked grapes from a specific estate are softly pressed and undergo natural fermentation to become wine. The wine is then distilled in a copper pot one time to reach the desired alcohol content, following the tradition of the family. Afterwards, it is rested and blended. Capurro Pisco is created solely from grapes, without any dilution, filtration, or additives at any stage of production. The aroma exhibits scents of roses and orange blossom, while the taste includes notes of cardamom, red apple skin, and bartlett pear.
