Cardinal Du Four 21 Rebellion 21 Year Old Armagnac
Description
A luxurious blend of vintage armagnacs aged from 21 to 43 years, Cardinal du Four Armagnac, 21 Rebellion is named after Vital Du Four, later known as Cardinal du Four, who was known for his intelligence. His famous book about his remarkable discoveries has been stored in the Vatican library since the 14th century. His words were the first to internationally acknowledge and celebrate the incredible spirit of Gascogne, saying that it brings liveliness to the spirit, evokes memories of the past when consumed in moderation, brings joy to people, preserves youth, and delays aging. It also has the ability to loosen the tongue and enhance wit when kept in the mouth, if someone who is usually timid permits it. This armagnac has a soft and brilliant amber brown color. It has floral aromas like jasmine and iris, and is complemented by gingerbread spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon. These flavors are intertwined with dried fig, caramelized apples, and toasted wood vanilla. It has a long lingering finish with hints of cacao beans and salted caramel. This armagnac combines complexity and power with elegance and finesse.
