Casajuana has a rich, balanced taste and a vibrant mahogany color. It was established in 1991 by 14 entrepreneurs from Tomelloso, aiming to introduce a new winery concept in La Mancha. The solera of this brandy dates back to 1892 and experienced its peak in the mid-20th century. After resting for over 100 years, it has made a comeback at the national level. The winery, located in the heart of La Mancha near the Guadiana River, utilizes state-of-the-art technology to produce wines in a traditional manner. 70% of their production comes from their own vineyards in the Tomelloso region, where grapes are carefully handpicked at their optimal ripeness. Fermentation and maceration are carried out appropriately for each type of wine. Casajuana possesses thousands of American and French oak barrels where their wines age and develop unique flavors. Casajuana Brandy XO, produced in Tomelloso, capitalizes on the town's expertise in brandy production. Aged in American oak casks, this brandy displays an attractive golden mahogany color and offers a generous bouquet with elegant oak notes. It has a concentrated flavor with hints of spice, dense texture, and a long-lasting, harmonious finish.
