Chateau de Saint Aubin has a long history, dating back to 1236. The "Reserve de Chateau" is crafted solely from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the Bas-Armagnac region. To enhance its flavor, it has been matured in oak casks from the Limousin region. This blend consists of vintages from 1962, 1968, 1977, and 1978. The result is an incredibly smooth spirit with a rich and deep profile. It offers prominent notes of smoke, alcohol, bananas, and apricot. The finish is peaty, flowery, with hints of iodine, alcohol, marzipan, and toast. Overall, it has a satisfying length.
