Courvoisier Sherry Cask Finish was specifically developed for the US market as a continuation of the brand's Courvoisier's Master's Cask Collection Sherry Cask Finish. The cognac is aged in French Limousin oak for 2-8 years before being transferred to sherry casks for at least four months to further enhance its maturity. This limited edition release was introduced in February 2019. The cognac offers a distinct aroma of raisins and orange peel soaked in brandy and rum, complemented by hints of white flowers, particularly jasmine. Despite its surprising dryness upon tasting, it showcases enticing tannins and flavors like apricot leather and black figs.
