Cyrano is a brandy that was created by two brothers-in-law who developed a strong passion for Gascogne. The founders, Cesar and Gianni, decided to create this brandy after Cesar fell in love with the region and its special brandy. They wanted to provide authentic, small batch, and affordable Armagnac. The Cyrano 25 year is a blend of various eau-de-vie from Bas-Armagnac, aged in New Oak barrels for over 10 years. The result is a bottled brandy without any additives. The blend consists of the four main grape varietals used in Armagnac production. It has a dark Topaz color with aromas of leather, oak, hazelnut, chestnut, caramel, French vanilla, and orange citrus. On the palate, it offers flavors of crème brûlée, clove, burnt sugar, cacao, and Curaçao orange essential oil. The brandy has a mature orange and vanilla taste, reminiscent of a dessert in a French bistro. The presence of leather, oak, espresso, and tobacco adds to its complexity. Cyrano 25 has an excellent body, well-structured, and a long, warm, and delightful finish.
