The fruit for this Armagnac is carefully chosen from exclusive estate vineyards in Bas Armagnac, utilizing the four traditional grape varieties: Ugni-Blanc, Folle Blanche, Colombard, and Baco. The fruit is cultivated sustainably, using organic manure produced by 600 ewes. The Armagnac is distilled individually by grape variety, resulting in a "home-made" single distillation process. The casks used for maturing the product are crafted in-house from Gascony oak, and the maturation process lasts for 6-12 years, ensuring a separation between grape varieties and vintages. The aroma of this Armagnac exhibits initial hints of oak, followed by well-developed notes of nut paste, roasted almond, cola nut, and meringue. The flavor is dry, slightly sweet, and reminiscent of caramel, with subtle undertones of nougat and marzipan. The finish is sweet, with raisin-like and toffee-like qualities.
