Godet Antarctica Cognac
Description
In March 2008, Jean-Jacques Godet and his crew embarked on a journey to Antarctica, becoming the first small yacht to sail past the 300km mark below the 70th parallel. To commemorate this achievement, Cognac Godet has created a special cognac called Godet Antarctica. This white cognac, made from the Folle Blanche grape, is the only one of its kind available. Despite being matured in old oak for seven years, Godet's unique distillation and filtration process ensures the purity and clarity of the spirit. With delicate notes of white flowers, the cognac offers a medium-bodied palate with hints of apple custard, poached pear, golden raisin, and vanilla. The finish is accompanied by soft hints of baking spice.
