Bodegas Williams & Humbert, founded over 125 years ago, is a highly esteemed bodega company. Their brandy, Gran Duque De Alba XO, is made by combining soleras of Gran Duque de Alba and Gran Duque de Alba Oro. The brandy is aged in the finest oak barrels and undergoes a final aging process in American oak casks previously used for Don Guido, a renowned Pedro Ximenez sherry. This aging process gives the brandy a rich mahogany color and intense aromas of raisins, grapes, plums, and vanilla. On the palate, it is complex and velvety with a lingering aftertaste. The brandy also has fruity notes of plum, raisin, and vanilla, along with hints of tobacco and leather, leading to a long and aromatic finish.
