Real thoroughbred made entirely from grapes grown in the prestigious Grande Champagne region of Cognac. The grapes used are rich and intensely flavored. This Cognac is made from grapes grown on the estate and harvested and distilled in small batches by Patrick Drouet. It is mostly bottled by hand. The Cognac is aged for 5-10 years, resulting in a mahogany color with copper hues. The aroma is a combination of crisp apple, vanilla, brown spices, and cinnamon. On the palate, there is a perfect balance between the freshness of fruit and sweet scented notes. The finish is exceptionally long and balanced with a bright acidity and sweetness.
