Hardy presents the Spring Cognac, part of the Four Seasons collection, designed by Marie-Claude Lalique. The decanter is decorated with a green tiara symbolizing new growth. This blend of century-old eaux-de-vie marks the beginning of the Four Seasons cycle. Armand Hardy, grandson of the founder, selected the finest casks of Cognac between the two world wars. The eaux-de-vie used in this expression come from the Premier Cru, benefiting from optimal soil conditions and sun exposure in the Grande Champagne region. The extended maturation of this Hors d'Age Cognac gives it a deep flavor. It has a brilliant copper color and a floral and charming aroma. On the palate, it is rich and warm, with notes of candied walnuts, sun-dried fruits, and a sweet finish with a hint of rosewater.
