Hennessy is celebrating 250 years with their limited-edition Hennessy 250 Collector Blend. This unique Cognac is made from eaux-de-vie aged for 15 to 35 years in Hennessy's cellars. It is created by Yann Fillioux, the seventh-generation master blender and taster for Hennessy, who spent four years perfecting the blend using Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the Cognac AOC region. The result is a rich amber Cognac with a spicy aroma and flavors of nutmeg, bitter orange, peppermint leaf, saffron, and licorice, with a honeyed finish. This special release is a tribute to Fillioux's ancestors and adds to his impressive 50-year career. There are only 250 barrels of this Cognac, each holding 250 liters.
