Hine 250th Anniversary Limited Edition is an exceptional cognac made from a unique vintage in 1953. Selected by François and Robert Hine, this particular cask was saved in the family's private reserve and has matured for over sixty years. Encased in a limited edition Baccarat crystal decanter designed by Andrée Putman, this cognac has been praised as the most exquisite by Eric Forget, our Cellar Master at Hine. Despite the challenging weather conditions of 1953, this eau-de-vie has defied time and continues to develop in complexity and flavor. With hints of peach tart, young hazelnut, acacia honey, orange zest, cardamom, and fresh leather, this cognac offers a rich and aromatic experience. The delicate use of wood adds to its clean and complex character, with notes of tropical fruit, honey, apricot, dry fig, licorice, spices, and cloves on the nose.
