Our cellars in Jarnac have stored eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne for a decade after distillation. Our tradition, dating back to 1763, involves ageing vintage cognacs in damp British cellars for over 25 years before returning to the Hine House. In this XO blend, we combine both Jarnac-aged and Early Landed cognacs to create a unique orange-peel flavor. The color is amber, with a spicy and slightly fruity aroma, accompanied by notes of caramel. The taste includes tobacco, hints of orange peel, toffee, cardamom, and caraway. The finish is long-lasting.
