Hine Triomphe is a decanter cognac made from a blend of fifty fully matured eaux-de-vie produced exclusively from Grande Champagne grapes. It was created in 1888 to celebrate the triumph over the Great French Wine Blight. Triomphe is an homage to the passage of time and embodies the essence of Proust's "In Search of Lost Time." The taste is complex and velvety, with hints of cedar, vanilla, liquorice, chocolate, and mild spices. It finishes with caramelized apples and plums.
