This eau de vie is then carefully aged in American bourbon casks, giving it a unique and refined taste. Since the apples used in the brandy are sourced from across the island, it captures the essence of Jersey as a whole. This locally made Apple Brandy has a beautiful golden color and a silky texture, with hints of vanilla, honey, and spicy apple aromas.
