After extensive research in Chile's Elqui Valley, experts have crafted the ultimate Pisco, a grape brandy made from the aromatic Muscat grape varieties, namely Rose and Alexandria Muscat. With its name inspired by a star in the Southern Cross constellation, known for its extraordinary beauty, Kappa captures the essence of this mystical region. Its aromatic profile includes floral scents of lavender, vanilla, grass, hay, and various underlying fruits like raspberries, peaches, and apricots. The palate is characterized by a smooth and coating texture, with hints of vanilla, fruits, and floral undertones.
