In order to achieve the desired quality, brandy is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 7 years. It is made from high-quality grapes grown in the Ararat valley, resulting in a distinct fruity flavor and rich golden-amber color. The bouquet has a slight acidity, complemented by hints of orange peel and oak bark. The taste of the brandy is strong and long-lasting, with a balance of fruitiness, lemon, caramel, and dried figs. The final note includes subtle notes of bitter almond.
