The fruits flourish in the pleasant climate surrounding Sasbachwalden. In accordance with tradition, the local farmers distill the fruit in their own small home distilleries, a practice that dates back to the 18th century. Over several years of aging, the spirits are refined, well-cared for, and reach the pinnacle of maturity, resulting in Schwarzwald specialties that bring us great pride. In 2010, a group of young winemakers came together and has been steadily growing in size ever since. This diverse group, including trained winemakers, office employees, and toolmakers, shares a deep passion for wine and the work involved in producing this exceptional product. At Alde Gott, everyone is warmly welcome. The name "CreatiWi" combines the words creative winemakers and perfectly captures the spirit of solidarity within the cooperative. They named their wine "NOSOLO" which signifies that "We are not alone."
