Back Williams-Birnenbrand

The Back distillery in Dudenhofen was established as early as 1927 by the Back family. Initially, the distillery was jointly managed by two families, but later on, Karl Back, the brewmaster, took over the company. Since 2001, Karl's son, Feder Back, has been in charge of the company and has worked alongside his father to expand and modernize the operations. The distillery specializes in producing a range of fruit brandies and places significant importance on maintaining a rich tradition and valuable experience. Presently, Back fruit brandies are exported globally and enjoy widespread popularity. Among the various offerings from Back, the Back Williams Pear Brandy stands out. It offers a full-bodied and succulent pear flavor, making it an excellent choice for post-meal indulgence or a refreshing break.
