Chteau du Breuil Fine Calvados
The Chteau du Breuil, located in Lower Normandy, was constructed during the 16th and 17th centuries. However, the distillery itself was not established until 1954. This particular Fine Calvados is aged for a minimum of 2 years in oak barrels. It possesses a strong aroma of youthful apples, complemented by a touch of cinnamon and dried chili peppers. The taste is moderately sweet with a soft and gentle body. It offers abundant notes of apple cider, followed by subtle hints of woody spices and a hint of caramel. The Calvados strikes a perfect balance between tanginess and the sweetness from the fruit, resulting in a lively experience.
