Dettling Kirsch Cuv�e Schwarze Bergkirsche
Franz-Xaver Dettling established a business in 1867 that specialized in trading Italian wines and producing cherry spirits from Schwyz mountain cherries. This company is still run by the same family to this day. To create the Dettling cherry spirits, only cherries of high quality are used, specifically chosen for their excellence. It takes approximately 8kg of these cherries to produce one liter of the spirits. The "Dettling Cherry Cuv�e" is a carefully crafted combination of various distillates, which are exclusively made from black mountain cherries.
