The Stuttgarter Gaishirtle Edelbrand is a local favorite made by distilling small Gaishirtles pears. These pears, grown in Swabian orchards, are ideal for creating a high-quality brandy due to their unique scent. The Stuttgarter Gaishirtle pear was actually found by chance, most likely by a goat herder in the Albtrauf region. This specialty fruit brandy from southern Germany is packaged in a rounded 0.7-liter J�rg Geiger bottle with a strong 42% alcohol content. It has a delightful fruity aroma, bursting with the fresh scent of pears. When tasted, it offers a harmonious level of sweetness with hints of ripened pears, resulting in a rich and satisfying flavor.
