High Wire Distilling Co.Watermelon Brandy

This Watermelon Brandy has a rich history and a devoted following. It is made by distilling the fermented juice of nearly 300 Charleston Gray watermelons, which are a direct descendant of the renowned Georgia Rattlesnake watermelon and were first cultivated in Charleston. With its sweet and unique taste, this brandy has a light and fruity flavor with subtle vegetal notes. There are only 259 bottles available for this 2016 release of High Wire's Watermelon Brandy, which was made using Bold Ruler watermelons from Rosebank Farms in John's Island, South Carolina.
